* Non-refundable booking fee unless (i) Patient cancels at least the day before the appointment. (ii) Your appointment is not attended by Hertz Hearing and you do not wish to reschedule. A refund will then be issued.
** There is no fee if a hearing test/ wax removal cannot be performed. This may be because of a contraindication such as wax or an infection.
*** A service journey is for existing patients hearing aids. The fee of £25 is to address the complaint and covers any additional visits.
